Knife, Heavy Gauge. This knife is made entirely of a blend of natural corn and potato starches.

It is strong and durable. Its rigid construction does not shatter like ordinary plastic knifes so it is well suited for prison, airline and institutional use. Strong enough to cut through heavy meats and poultry with ease. High heat tolerant to 200°F.
