Total time from Concept to Roll-Out at your location can be as short as 13-15 weeks.

We will need a sample of the current product you are using (where applicable), a sketch, complete description and dimensions of the product you desire. Forecasted volumes will need to be supplied at this time to determine feasibility of the project.

Once concept and feasibility are agreed upon, we will provide a rendering of the product for a small fee, which also covers pre-production samples with a 50-piece maximum. Prior to production of the rendering, logo requirements (if applicable) will need to be provided to EarthSmart™ in *.JPG or *.TIFF format. The rendering takes about 10 days and will be supplied to you in PDF format.

Upon approval of the rendering, a purchase agreement will be drafted, including pricing, estimated delivery times, volume levels, length of agreement and covenants. Once signed, pre-production samples will be manufactured. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for this sample production process.

Once the samples are approved, hard tooling takes 4-5 weeks to complete. Production will be an additional 4-5 weeks and on-the-water delivery time is 2 additional weeks.
