Power: Our factory is “off the grid.” We do not burn coal; our power is generated by modern fuel-oil-burning generators. A heat-recovery system produces steam for the plant.

Water: Our factory does not release any wastewater into the environment. All water is treated on site, filtered, purified and returned to the production process.

Emissions: No solid or liquid pollutants are released into the environment by our production process.

Chemicals: By mechanically separating the fiber, we eliminate the use of harmful caustic agents and related pollution during the Bagasse manufacturing process. Our Bagasse is never chlorine treated; instead, it is whitened using hydrogen peroxide, a less harmful chemical.

 Environmental Policy through Social Responsibility.

Wages: Our factory wage is among the highest in the area, which encourages our staff to promote the environmentally-clean policy of the factory.

Workforce: Our workers may choose to live on site at no charge and meals are provided in our own cafeteria. We do not employ any child labor. These policies institute an unparalleled level of efficiency for our staff that minimize the need for transportation and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
